In Nichi insurance Services Pvt Ltd was founded in 2004 by Mehool N Bhuva and was initially only in the business of providing Insurance services to its clients by being a Corporate agent for both Life and general Insurance companies.

In 2008 ,due to his knowledge of not only the Japanese language but also his actual business experience with the Japanese, Mehool Narendra Bhuva who is a chemical engineering graduate from the prestigious Waseda University of Tokyo (one of the most well known private universities in Japan), started the business of advising Japanese mid and small sized companies who were interested in entering the Indian market.

Since then the company has served several Japanese clients in a vast scope from conducting market surveys of products/services in India, finding the right Indian partner for JV tieup, technology transfer and M& A's etc .assisting Japanese companies to register their companies and start their offices in Mumbai by providing Indian staff, along with a team of lawyers and Chartered accountants to support the client from start up to running its day to day activities. Mehool N Bhuva has been a member of the Mumbai Chapter of entrepreneur organization EO since its inception in 1997 as well served as a President of EO Mumbai in 2009 .He is currently also the Honorary President of The Indo Japanese Association in Mumbai .
